Hello to my future mentor! My name is Alim and i really want to find a good mentor that would help to develop my personal qualities and abilities. In future i’m planning to start my own business in any potentially profitable area. However, i understand that i will have to work for hire at the beginning of a career. My future dream is to develop domestic production and open my own factory. I already have a small business- travel agency, which i opened with a partner. I would love to have a mentor who will teach me the stages of building, developing, and managing a business, will tell me how to manage my employees, how to competently plan for the company's future, and how to manage my finances. My main goal is to learn how to manage employees.
