Nuray Salina

I hold a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s in Economics from KIMEP University. I have worked across the UK, US, and Canada in various roles spanning corporate, consulting, and startup environments. My professional background includes experience in product management, business development, and strategic consulting. I began my entrepreneurial journey by launching an e-commerce business on Amazon and have since contributed to several technology-focused initiatives. Currently, I am leading SilkWork, an AI-powered platform that connects users with verified global remote job opportunities and offers tools such as an AI-based CV builder and job match evaluator. Through SilkWork, I am also working to connect startups and founders in the Silicon Fen ecosystem with top talent from Central Asia by helping provide remote job opportunities for students in Kazakhstan. Together with my co-founder, we were selected for and completed Accelerate Cambridge, one of Europe’s most prestigious startup accelerators, and were awarded first place in the Pitch & Judge competition. As a mentor in the KIMEP Leadership Development Program, I support undergraduate students by sharing practical insights and helping them navigate their academic and professional paths.
